Soft Plyo Box

Light weight for easy movement and storage, the Plyosoft boxes are cleverly engineered. The Plyo Soft Box is ideal for effective plyometric training. It has an anti-slip undersurface for performance and stability,  as well as a Velcro fastening system in order to connect several boxes together safely and firmly. The soft vinyl covering reduces the risk of injury.

With the Plyo Soft Box you can train plyometric jumping, speed, coordination as well as explosive force. It is ideal for beginners and advanced athletes, for competitive or rehabilitative training, gymnastics as well as general fitness exercises.  The four different sizes can be combined to make up a great many combinations and exercises.
