Flat Super Loop Resistance Bands
  • Super Loop Resistance Bands are an excellent way to improve: Plyometric skills; speed; technique; endurance and more. They can also be used for core training as well as cardio training. Great for overall training – arms, legs, core – targeting more than just the primary muscles. Bands come in various widths for different resistance levels suitable for beginning, intermediate and advanced level of training. Different resistances can be used for arms, legs and core. Made from natural latex material they are lightweight and portable and are easy to carry or stash in a gym bag or suitcase.

The thickness of the bands means they will not roll up during use and a door anchor enables them to be used in a variety of places - either at home or while away on holiday or business.

Bands are a full loop measuring 2080mm by 4.5mm thick. Four widths allows for different resistance for beginners to advanced and for the various muscle groups - 13, 21, 32 and 45mm.

    Aesthetics

Resistance bands are one of the best ways to sculpt the body because they can target specific areas better than weights or weight machines can. If you are aiming for a certain look--toned arms, sculpted abs, etc. than a resistance band is one of the best ways to exercise.
    Sports-training
Many athletes use resistance bands to build the specific muscles they need to strengthen for their sport. For example, a martial artist might use a band to improve their grip and upper arm strength, making chokes and holds much easier to maintain. A skier might use a resistance band in the off-season to build muscle in the calves and thighs, letting them carve through the snow at the perfect angle, once the season begins.

    Dance
Many dancers use resistance bands to both strengthen their calves, knees, and thighs, and to practice their balance. There are barre exercises for resistance bands that let ballerinas and other dancers work on building their leg muscles.
