Sized at 100cm x 100cm they are significantly larger than most other mats on the market and at 3cm thick, with a shore hardness (just how hard or soft they are), that is ideal for exercise - Not too hard. Not too soft!

These are superior quality to other similar looking mats on the market. They are also fully reversible, red one side and blue on the other.

They are non-slip, easily assembled or disassembled, easily cleanable. They are easily stored and come with edges to protect the interlocking patterns while in storage or for transportation.
